About Me.
Hey! It's me your local therapist. I am so glad you are here. I am not only a business owner, and a therapist, but also a mom and a wife. I believe the most important thing I can bring to the table is being genuine. I am proud to be neurospicy. I LOVE working with people that are struggling with self-worth. I have years of experience in working with anxious people. My passion besides anxiety is relationships. I have seen survivors of abuse for years and there is nothing more rewarding than seeing them shed the weight of that trauma and realize that they have transcended into something beautiful. When you see me, you will get the same person every time, someone funny, warm, and real.

About Me.
Hey there! I’m Kayla, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who’s all about helping people break free from the stuff that’s holding them back—whether it’s anxiety, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck. I love creating a space where you can be yourself, talk things out, and maybe even have a laugh or two along the way.
A little about me: I’m a mom who totally gets the craziness of balancing life, work, and everything in between. When I’m not in session, I’m probably lost in a good book. I’m also an Enneagram Six, which means I’m big on trust and connection—something I bring into every session. And just so you know, I believe therapy doesn’t have to be super serious all the time. We can dig deep and still have some fun while we’re at it.
I’m here to help you find your own way to a more balanced, fulfilling life. Ready to get started? Let’s chat and see where this journey takes us.
