I’m a therapist, a proud military wife, and a devoted fur-mom to three adorable wiener dogs who keep me laughing, snuggling, and questioning reality. I’ve lived all over the world—which means I’m basically fluent in “new city vibes” and always down for a deep dive into something unique. I’m a certified nerd: obsessed with manga, anime, and yes… Sailor Moon will always have my heart. Living with ADHD means I see the world like a scene from an epic anime—full of plot twists, hidden powers, and occasional chaos. I might not always speak my truth, but when I do? It’s powerful, raw, and sprinkled with a little magic.

My days are a mix of healing trauma, celebrating connection, and helping others reclaim their power. Think cozy anime marathons and deep late night talks and creating a safe, inclusive space where you feel truly seen. Whether you’re navigating life’s chaos or seeking soul-deep growth, I’m here with compassion, real talk, and a safe space to help you reclaim your power.

Learn authenticity

In this world it is easy to compare yourself to everyone else. We all see the videos of everyone living their best life and FOMO is real. However, I think you forget that you are amazing, you are awesome, and even though you don’t believe it, I am going to help you discover how to live life on your own terms, with self acceptance instead of criticism.
