You didn’t come this far to stay disconnected from yourself. You deserve to make YOU the priority for once.
You’ve mastered getting through life with humor, caffeine, and “I’m fine.” But anxiety is loud, old patterns keep looping, and deep down, you’re tired of surviving. Maybe you have kept your family running, spending years putting everyone else first. Perhaps you are always the strong one, the person who can just handle it all. Maybe you keep waking up feeling like you don’t even know who you are anymore.
You might be the mom that lost herself, you might be the woman that doesn’t know what’s next, maybe you are even the person wondering why life keeps feeling so freaking difficult. . Maybe youre the one that’s had to carry everyone else, and it’s time to set some of it down.
Whoever you are, you belong here.
How I work
Client’s describe me as warm, non-judgmental, and compassionate.
Hi, I’m Christine,
I’m a therapist who believes healing can be real and human. I mix compassion with honesty, depth with humor, and trauma work with a nervous-system approach that actually helps you feel better, not just understand why you’re struggling.
My style is warm, direct, and grounded. No fixing. No forcing. Just real healing at a pace that feels safe. Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking, craving quiet mountain energy, spending time with my partner, my children, and my grandchildren, cuddling my rescue cats, and rewatching Gilmore Girls.
I am not only compassionate and caring, but I am the mother who held everything together, the person who had to learn the hard way that I was a person too. My work centers around trauma, the people who look put together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected on the inside. The ones who joke their way through hard things, drink the coffee, keep going… and are quietly exhausted. My work is rooted in a whole-person approach to healing that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
My space is cozy, honest, and inclusive. Therapist doesn’t have to be cold or clincial, we are allowed to connect and be a little bit witty. You don’t have to put on the mask here, you can take it off and allow yourself to finally take a break.
This is a space to slow down, feel safe, and begin finding your way back to yourself.
