Maybe it’s time to stop fighting battles that ended years ago. You deserve some peace.

Maybe your nervous system never really came off duty—always scanning, always ready. Maybe trauma trained your brain to survive instead of rest. Maybe you’ve spent years holding it together, white-knuckling through panic, burnout, or numbness that you can’t quite shake.

Maybe you’re the veteran who can’t find “normal” again because your body still remembers every threat. Maybe you’re the quiet one who feels everything too deeply but never feels understood. Maybe you’re the one who’s had to be strong for everyone else so long that you forgot what soft even feels like.

Whoever you are—you belong here.

How I work

Client’s describe me as compassionate, direct & honest.

HI, I’m Kimberly,

I’m a therapist, a big believer in compassion mixed with real talk, and someone who cares deeply about the people in my life. Family means everything to me, and giving back has always been part of who I am—whether it’s through mission trips, volunteering, or just showing up when someone needs it.

I’ve lived all over—Germany, New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma—which taught me how to adapt, connect, and find home in the in-between places. These days, I call New Mexico home, where I see clients in Oklahoma and soak up slow mornings, desert skies, and cozy nights watching Criminal Minds with a blanket, cuddling my dog, and tea in hand.

I’m direct, but kind. I don’t do fluff, and I don’t believe in forcing anyone to fit a mold. My work centers on trauma—helping people who’ve carried too much for too long finally set it down. I work with veterans, individuals navigating trauma, and anyone trying to find peace after survival.

My space is inclusive, grounded, and judgment-free. You don’t have to filter yourself here—you just get to be human, messy, healing, and whole in progress.

Welcome—this is your space to breathe, feel safe, and start reconnecting with the version of you that’s been waiting underneath it all.

What we’ll work on

Imagine a life where…

  • You don’t feel triggered by every tone shift, silence, or “we need to talk.”

  • You can simply exist, without the constant weight of surviving.

  • You no longer wonder if you’re the problem in every relationship.

  • You stop putting everyone else’s needs ahead of your own—without shame.

  • You don’t view connection as a risk, but a natural and nourishing part of life.

  • You don’t feel like you’re too much or not enough—you just feel like you.

  • You stop replaying the past and start reclaiming your present.
