What are your fees?
Our fee for individual sessions and couple sessions is $170 per session. We are committed to ensuring that therapy is accessible and we offer sliding scale spots through Open Path Collective.
How does the therapy process work?
First we schedule a free 15 minute consultation so that we know we are exactly what you are looking for. Then, the first session is an intake session where we learn all of your history and decide what goals you want to achieve. After the initial session we meet weekly or bi-weekly for 55 minutes to make changes and find real success.
Do you offer in person sessions?
At this time we do all of our sessions virtually. We believe it is easier for us to connect on your time. We also know that with anxiety a lot of people struggle with meeting others and struggle with social anxiety so virtual therapy works better for our clients. In the future, we will be offering in-person retreats so keep an eye out on our event page for further details.
How long do I need to be in therapy?
The time frame of therapy depends on the individual. We have found that some people achieve their goals within a few sessions and others stay in therapy much longer for support and to work on long-term growth.
What if I need medication?
A lot of our clients decide to do therapy alongside medication. We will provide you with a list of referrals for local prescribers as well as discuss what medications mean to you and your plan whether that be short-term or long-term. We also make it a huge point to safety plan with you as well because we know taking medications can raise anxiety.
What if I think I know my diagnosis already?
We get asked this question a lot. We personally believe that you doing self-exploration is amazing. We have years of experience with diagnosis and treatment and we would love to know what you have going on. We never shy away from explaining what we believe is happening.
