Life feels overwhelming and utterly exhausting.

Every day is another day of worry, panic, and feeling like no matter what you do you just aren’t good enough. You keep having the same type of relationships, people pretend to be someone else, or you fall in love with their potential only to be let down. You compare yourself to other people and find yourself spending your days on the sidelines wishing you could just change and be like everyone else. You’re tired of every little thing making you feel like the world is ending.

  • You are not alone. 1 in 4 women and 1 in 6 men are survivors of intimate partner violence. Abuse isn’t just physical it’s a cycle of emotional manipulation designed to dysregulate your nervous system, leaving you feeling like you are the problem. Their tactics are meant to turn everything around, making you doubt yourself while trusting them instead.

    .

  • Anxiety can feel like living in a constant state of chaos, as if your body is working against you. This often happens because we are strong we push through, suppress our emotions, and tell ourselves that things aren’t that bad. When our body reacts despite our efforts, it can be frustrating, even angering.

  • Our past is unchangeable, yet its impact can continue to shape our present. The beliefs and patterns we develop are often rooted in past experiences, making them difficult to break especially when we lack alternative foundations to guide us. When trauma lingers, our nervous system can keep us stuck in survival mode, making it challenging to envision a path forward.

  • Abuse is any pattern of behavior used to control, intimidate, or diminish another person. It can be emotional, psychological, physical, sexual, financial, or relational and it doesn’t have to leave visible marks to be real. Abuse often involves fear, confusion, walking on eggshells, or slowly losing trust in your own thoughts and needs. If a relationship required you to shrink, stay silent, or constantly self-monitor to feel safe, something wasn’t right.

  • We use trauma-informed approaches like Brainspotting, EMDR, and somatic therapy to help your body release what it’s been holding not just talk about it. Trauma isn’t stored in logic alone. Healing shouldn’t be either.

Your privacy and safety matter. All sessions are confidential, and we are experienced in working with clients navigating safety concerns related to abusive relationships.

We believe life can be better, you can overcome the past, and recognize the peace within yourself.

You are not crazy, you are not the problem, and you are not a terrible person. What you’re feeling is valid—the sadness, confusion, and heartbreak of finding yourself in a situation you never imagined.

You shouldn’t have to wake up feeling the heaviness in your chest the second you open your eyes. It is not fair to have conversations and then spend hours and hours replaying them and shaming yourself for what you could have done better. Anxiety is taking over your life.

You shouldn’t have to feel controlled anymore. After years of working with both survivors and perpetrators, we can tell you this: abusive people are intentional in tearing you down. They create so much chaos and dysregulation that you can’t even look at them—you’re too busy trying to fix yourself. Narcissistic abuse thrives on emotional manipulation and control, making it nearly impossible to explain to others because, if you did, it would sound unbelievable. Sometimes you can even see a pattern of people within your past; sometimes that theme keeps reoccurring, causing even more emotional dysregulation.

But you are not alone. We have walked alongside countless people in your shoes, and truly believe we can work together to help you reclaim your self-worth. We’ve seen people who felt completely broken rebuild themselves—stronger, freer, and more at peace. It’s not fair that they had to, but the life they now live is their own, and that kind of freedom? It is absolutely something you can have, too

We are a trauma-informed team dedicated to working with survivors of intimate partner violence, narcissistic abuse, sexual trauma, anxiety, C-PTSD and low self-worth. You need a therapist with real-life experience with anxiety someone who truly gets it, and that’s where we come in.

We understand how anxiety can hijack your body, how a panic attack can feel like you’re dying, and how even small triggers can knock the air out of your chest.

This work is our passion because it is complex, deeply impactful, and life-altering.

People either understand what you’ve been through, or they don’t. You can’t teach someone the way abuse slowly infiltrates every part of your life, and how it erodes your self-worth and self-esteem until there’s barely anything left. You can’t fully explain what it’s like to look in the mirror and not recognize yourself because you gave everything to someone else. Even if you’re physically safe now, that doesn’t mean you feel safe inside.

However, with our team, you won’t have to over-explain, justify, or convince anyone. We already recognize the patterns. We believe you, and we know that healing requires both compassion and honesty. Our goal is to help you feel grounded, regain clarity, rebuild trust in yourself, and move forward without carrying what was never yours to hold.

Some therapists learn about abuse from textbooks.

We understand it.

While we are a group practice, care here is personal and intentional.

Each therapist on our team is trauma-informed and aligned in how we work so you’re never starting over or having to re-explain your pain.
