Your healing begins with knowing you don’t have to do it all alone.
Maybe you're a mom who spends so much time taking care of everyone else that you've forgotten what it feels like to take care of yourself. Maybe parenting a neurodivergent child has left you overwhelmed, misunderstood, or constantly questioning whether you're doing enough. Maybe you're exhausted from holding everything together while pretending you're fine.
You don't have to have it all figured out before you come to therapy.
How I work
Client’s describe me as direct, genuine, & funny.
HI, I’m Robbie,
I’m a therapist, a wife, a mom, a lifelong learner, and an advocate. I have personal experience raising neurospicy autistic kiddos, which means I’ve been in the trenches with the uncertainty, the appointments, the school conversations, the advocacy, the “we’re all figuring this out as we go” moments, and the incredible beauty that can come from seeing the world entirely differently.
I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest, unburden the things you’ve been carrying alone, and find your way back to yourself.
Working with me means curiosity, humor, compassion, and probably a few moments where I say, “Yes. I, in fact, feel that in my soul.” Like when you ate the candy on the bathroom floor so your kids wouldn’t take it from you. I get it.
You don't have to clean yourself up before you walk through the door. You don't have to have the right words. And you definitely don't have to pretend you're handling everything beautifully.
If you're ready to sit down, be real with yourself and someone else, and dig through the messy parts without judgment, you've found your place.

In our sessions together, we will…
Explore patterns that aren’t working
Doomscrolling while the entire house feels like chaos is a vibe, but it’s not really working anymore. Patterns can be changed and you don’t have to keep drowning in them. We are going to not only find them, but understand why they have come to play and make things more managable.
Process wounds from the past
Let’s dig up past relationships, friendships, even issues with your mom, or maybe even that person you are still holding onto years later. We are digging deep…..I want us to discover healthier, more empowering ways to move through life.
Learn authenticity
In this world, it is easy to compare yourself to everyone else. We all see the videos of everyone living their best life, making curated lunches for their kids, while you are grabbing a lunchable and yellling at yours to hurry so they aren’t late for the bus again. It’s hard not to compare in today’s society, but I think it’s okay to normalize that parenting is beautiful and rewarding but also VERY HARD. I am going to help you discover how to live life on your own terms, with self-acceptance instead of criticism.
