Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is where we meet one-on-one virtually by using a secure platform. Typically we meet weekly or bi-weekly for an hour session. We offer this service with flexible hours. The benefit of doing everything virtually is that this is something that can work for YOUR schedule, lunch break, after a day at the office, in your car, and even on a break from the kids. This is basically where the magic happens, we will talk, we will strategize, and work together to process issues, learn the skills needed to cope with difficult situations, as well as make healthy decisions so that YOU can take your life back and be as healthy as you deserve!

Domestic violence and sexual trauma are difficult subjects, often wrapped in silence and stigma. Many of us don’t want to talk about the toxic relationships we’ve endured or that one trauma we try to pretend never happened. I’ve spent most of my career working with people who have faced similar hardships, and I’ve seen firsthand that freedom from abuse is not only possible but profoundly worth it.
